Crosspoint Human Services provides 24-hour intensive service for children and youth in acute mental health crisis who may need hospitalization. Crosspoint also provides Outpatient Therapy and Counseling Services by licensed and Qualified Mental Health professionals. Counseling and Therapy services include individual and family support. Outpatient Counseling and Therapy sessions are short-term and solution-focused. Other services include Care Coordination and support, assistance in Individualized Education Plan meetings and plan development for home-based services, and assistance with the Individual Care Grant application process.
