We are representing the cardiac nurse navigators from Carle. Our cardiac support group meets every other month starting in February. The dates for 2018 are February 27th, April 24th, June 26th, August 28th, October 23rd and December 11th. It is held in the Heart and Vascular building of Carle Hospital, in conference room A. It runs from 4:30pm to 6pm. We start with a speaker of various cardiac topics, followed by questions and/or sharing. Refreshments served. There is no cost and parking is free.
