STARnet is a grant funded program, by the Illinois State Board of Education. STARnet provides technical assistance and training for all people who touch the lives of young children with disabilities. STARnet promotes inclusive practices, education for teachers, parents and providers. STARnet focuses on students with IEP’s from age 3 through age 8.
