Social Champaign provides social learning groups and support groups for students ages 6 to adulthood. Social skills learning is based on concepts developed by the UCLA PEERS (R) Program and Social Thinking (R). Groups are based on affirming neurodiverse students. Groups meet on a weekly basis and parent education is included. Admission to groups is on a rolling basis and each student is assessed to find the appropriate group for their individual needs.
