C-CARTS provides general public, shared ride transportation services to and from rural areas within Champaign County. C-CARTS provides transportation to meet the needs of the community, including the elderly and persons with disabilities. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the requested ride. Rides may be scheduled between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm.
