Community Choices

Community Choices is organized as a cooperative where adults with developmental disabilities and their families support each other. Members of the cooperative share information and resources. Community Choices provides services open to both members and non-members including Community Living, Customized Employment, and Family Support. Members have additional access to Social Opportunities.
